§ 1. Algemene bepalingen

1. De organisator van de Actie "Warehouse Sale: Korting tot 70% op geselecteerde producten " is Cosmo Group Ltd. met zetel in ul. Dojazd 15, 62-090 Kiekrz, ingeschreven in het register van ondernemers dat wordt bijgehouden door de districtsrechtbank Poznań Nowe - Miasto en Wilda in Poznań, VIII commerciële afdeling van het Nationaal Gerechtelijk Register onder KRS-nummer: 0001106339, BTW: 9721241158, REGON [statist. bedrijfsnummer]: 302250849, die eigenaar is van het merk NEONAIL, alsook van de onlineshop die beschikbaar is op: www.neonail.nl (hierna: Organisator).

2. De Actie is bedoeld om aankopen bij de Organisator aantrekkelijker te maken en zo bij te dragen aan de inkomsten van de Organisator uit verkoop of deze te verhogen.

3. Deze Voorwaarden bevatten de regels voor deelname aan de Actie en vormen een wijziging van de Voorwaarden van de Online Shop www.neonail.nl.

4. Door deel te nemen aan de Actie verklaart de Klant dat hij/zij deze Algemene Voorwaarden heeft gelezen en volledig aanvaardt.

5. De Actie is uitsluitend bestemd voor natuurlijke personen die woonachtig zijn in continentale deel van het Koninkrijk der Nederlanden en die consumenten zijn in de zin van de bepalingen van de wet van 23 april 1964 op het Burgerlijk Wetboek (d.w.z. Staatsblad van 2018, item 1025, zoals gewijzigd), met uitzondering van werknemers en medewerkers van de Organisator.

§ 2. Principes van de Actie

1. Duur van de Actie: van 06.08.2025 09:00 tot 29.08.2025 08:59 of totdat het assortiment van de actie is uitgeput.

2. Plaatsen waar de Actie geldt:

a. Online Shop www.neonail.nl.

3. Als onderdeel van de Actie, ontvangt elke Klant die, gedurende de periode van de Actie gespecificeerd in § 2 lid 1 van de Voorwaarden, een aankoop doet van producten van de Organisator die onder de Actie vallen en beschikbaar zijn in de Online Shop www.neonail.nl een korting voor de aankoop van geselecteerde producten van de Organisator van maximaal 30%, afhankelijk van het gekochte product. Gedetailleerde informatie over het bedrag van de beschikbare korting voor individuele producten die onder de Actie vallen, staat vermeld in § 2 lid 5 van de Voorwaarden.

4. De Actie betreft geselecteerde producten van de organisator van het merk NEONAIL, verkrijgbaar in een geselecteerd verkooppunt, gedetailleerd aangegeven in § 2 lid 5 van de Voorwaarden.

5. In het kader van de Actie kan de Klant een korting ontvangen op de producten zoals vermeld in de onderstaande tabel ten bedrage van:

6. Om gebruik te maken van de Actie en het recht te verkrijgen om geselecteerde producten met een korting tot 70% te kopen via de Online Shop www.neonail.nl, is de Klant verplicht om binnen de in § 2 lid 1 van de Voorwaarden vermelde termijn een bestelling te plaatsen van een van de producten van de Organisator waarop de Actie betrekking heeft, door de geselecteerde producten aan het winkelmandje toe te voegen. Belangrijk - om recht te hebben op gratis levering moet de door de Klant geplaatste bestelling binnen de in § 2 lid 1 van de Voorwaarden aangegeven termijn worden voltooid en bevestigd door in de Online Shop op "Kopen en betalen" te klikken www.neonail.nl. De waarde van het winkelmandje wordt automatisch verminderd met de korting die in het kader van de Actie wordt toegekend, overeenkomstig § 2.5 van de Voorwaarden.

7. De Actie kent geen aankooplimiet, d.w.z. een Klant kan meer dan één keer aan de Actie deelnemen, waarbij telkens moet worden voldaan aan de Actievoorwaarden zoals vermeld in § 2 lid 3 – 6. van de Voorwaarden.

8. De Actie is niet cumuleerbaar met andere acties.

§ 3. Slotbepalingen

1. De Actievoorwaarden zijn beschikbaar op de website van www.neonail.nl.

2. De organisator behoudt zich het recht voor de Voorwaarden te wijzigen wanneer factoren buiten zijn wil dit noodzakelijk maken. Wijzigingen worden bekendgemaakt door de gewijzigde Actievoorwaarden op de in lid 1 vermelde website te plaatsen.

3. De regels voor de behandeling van klachten over producten die in het kader van de Actie zijn gekocht, zijn vastgelegd in de

3.in de Algemene Voorwaarden van de Online Shop, beschikbaar op www.neonail.nl.

4. Voor zaken waarin deze Voorwaarden niet voorzien, gelden de desbetreffende bepalingen van de Algemene Verkoopvoorwaarden van de Online Shop www.neonail.nl en algemeen toepasselijke wettelijke bepalingen.
